SUMMARY:
We're looking for a dynamic professional to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector. This role is all about building meaningful client relationships, understanding unique business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create value.

POSITION INFO:
Education & Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric) required.
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in the courier, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of courier industry trends (express, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, international freight).
Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven with ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality.
Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
High energy, self-motivated, and proactive.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
