We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our company on a permanent opportunity.

Job Purpose: Business development by marketing and selling of existing and/or new Payroll and HC solutions to new and/or existing clients in the all business sectors

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our company on a permanent opportunity.

Job Purpose: Business development by marketing and selling of existing and/or new Payroll and HC solutions to new and/or existing clients in the all business sectors

Qualification:

  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Management or a related career field 
  • Certifications relating to Payroll and/or HC solutions 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Relevant degree in Sales, Business Management

Experience required:

  • Advantageous - >5years experience in HR payroll management or implementation related roles 
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role 
  • 3 years+ experience in selling payroll solutions/software services to small-medium and large corporates
  • Market knowledge
  • Project experience: 3-5 years
  • A proven track record in meeting targets.
  • A proven track record building and maintaining healthy pipelines 
  • Excellent written communication (for proposals, tenders etc.)
  • A proven track record in deals acquired.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new customers
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Submit proposals/tender etc to customers.
  • Provide accurate sales activity and progress reports to achieve sales targets
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with quote / solution etc
  • Acquiring knowledge of competitors' solutions, and market conditions
  • Identify potential new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships of trust with existing and new customers.
  • Forming of strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to find new markets and revenue opportunities.
