Our client, a fast-growing multinational and JSE listed business within the Financial Services environment, is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive / Business Development Consultant to join their high-performance Johannesburg team.

DUTIES:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across multiple sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct outreach, networking, and business development activities
• Identify client needs and present suitable solutions and services
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Represent the business professionally in the market
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM activity reporting
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to drive growth initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account acquisition, or client engagement preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded with strong relationship building ability
• Highly organized, proactive, and energetic personality
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-performance environment
• Strong academic achievements advantageous
• Experience within financial services, recruitment, consulting, professional services, or
• corporate sales environments beneficial
• Johannesburg based
• Willing to work primarily office based
