The Role:

We are recruitng a Sales Lead with a valid driverâ??s license and own reliable car to grow sales of the Assessment Division, by leading the sales team.

Acting as a business partner to our assessment clients, through effective solutioning, account management, new business development and internal collaboration with the ultimate goal of positioning MIE as a partner of choice on human capital related solutions.

Skills and Experience:

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelorâ??s Degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualification:

  • Psychometry or a Human Resource related field.
  • A post-graduate qualification will be an advantage 

Experience Required:

  • Experience in psychometric assessments with demonstratable knowledge of the HR life cycle and processes.
  • At least 5 yearsâ?? account management or sales experience 
  • Prior experience in sales coaching will be an advantage
  • A proven track record of previous sales success 
  • Experience in a HR consulting environment will be an advantage 
  • Experience in senior level engagement and strategic partnerships will be an advantage 
  • Advanced Computer Literacy
Key Accountabilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To lead the sales team, through effective coaching and guidance to serve as an expert advisor and business partner to all psychometric Assessment clients
  • To position the MIE Assessment Division as a service provider of choice through effective client relationship management and networking
  • To develop and implement the sales strategy for the Assessment Division and provide input on market trends, solutions and the strategic direction of the Division
  • To grow and meet the financial target of the Assessment division
  • To manage strategic accounts and grow the current Assessment portfolio through effective account management
  • To ensure the generation of new business and outbound sales efforts and monitor success rates
  • To design and lead the team to design assessment solutions to address client challenges
  • To develop account strategies to achieve the required growth
  • To work closely with the Assessment psychometric team and other relevant internal business Divisions to ensure that value is added to clients
  • To attend new business sales and networking appointments, presentations, conferences and networking functions
  • To oversee the quotes and tender processes and to take responsibility for complex proposals and RFQâ??s
  • To ensure that the company CRM system is updated, and that sales data and metrics are used to optimise sales performance
