SUMMARY:
A leading company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance across the fabrication, construction, mining, and project sectors.

POSITION INFO:

This role manages a sales and client service team, executes sales strategies, and maintains key customer relationships.

You will provide leadership across sales planning, performance tracking, and team development. Responsibilities include driving revenue and gross profit growth, overseeing CRM and sales analytics, managing customer risk and aged stock, and collaborating with operations, exports, and supply chain teams.

This role suits a commercially driven, hands-on leader passionate about developing people and delivering results in a fast-paced, industrial sales environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and a valid driver’s licence.
Minimum 5 years in a senior sales or sales management role.
Sector experience in metals, mining, or construction-related industries.
Strong track record in sales strategy, customer engagement, and leading high-performing teams.
