Basic salary + cell, laptop, petrol and car allowance

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

BCom Marketing degree or similar (Essential)
5 Years sales experience (Preferably in waste industry)
Must be computer literate (MS Office)
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in setting sales goals
Results orientated with strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Recruit, hire, manage and train sales team
Set sales goals, KPI's
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
