SUMMARY:
Are you a driven and experienced Sales Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading dealership specialising in premium vehicles, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead their sales team to new heights.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and vehicle sales
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with the Dealer Principal and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within the motor industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Sound knowledge of dealership operations and reporting systems
Valid driver’s license
