POSITION INFO:

Lead and manage team leaders, marketers, and sales agents.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets and profitability are achieved.
Develop improvement plans, provide coaching, and manage performance when required.
Oversee lead generation activities and ensure inbound leads are actioned promptly.
Plan staffing, maintain a talent pipeline, and coordinate recruitment needs.
Monitor customer interactions, handle complex customer issues, and ensure high service standards.
Analyze performance data, monitor productivity, and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Ensure efficient use of resources and adequate staffing to meet demand.
Manage training programs, oversee onboarding, and ensure staff remain updated on products, systems, and promotions.
Support continuous development of agents and team leaders.
