A well-established and fast-moving business is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join its leadership team and take charge of a high-performing sales function.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded leader who understands the importance of relationships, service, speed and results. You will be leading an established team, working with key customers and stakeholders, and helping shape the commercial direction of a business where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of professional experience, strong leadership maturity and the ability to manage a sales environment with multiple moving parts.
You don't need to be the person making every sale — you need to be the person who knows how to lead the people who do, create the right environment for success and ensure the sales function delivers.

POSITION INFO:
