POSITION INFO:

My client is a lifestyle brand with a range of different household and body products. The company is based in the Southern Suburbs and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team and help push the company forward.

About the job

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Develop business relationships with potential new clients to meet sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies with the aim to grow the business both in Africa and overseas
Build sales pipeline through various approaches e.g. market research, networking and cold calling
Work closely with wider in-house marketing and digital teams
Effectively manage diary to ensure most productive, optimised sales are secured and build great customer experience
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Closely manage the sales team and deal with any underlying HR issues or queries.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
