POSITION INFO:

My client is a lifestyle brand with a range of different household and body products. The company is based in the Southern Suburbs and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team and help push the company forward. 

About the job

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships with potential new clients to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with the aim to grow the business both in Africa and overseas
• Build sales pipeline through various approaches e.g. market research, networking and cold calling
• Work closely with wider in-house marketing and digital teams
• Effectively manage diary to ensure most productive, optimised sales are secured and build great customer experience
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Closely manage the sales team and deal with any underlying HR issues or queries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
