SUMMARY:
My client is a luxury lifestyle brand with a range of home and body products, is looking for a Sales Manager, that is motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Develop business relationships with potential new clients to meet sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies with the aim to grow the business both in Africa and overseas
Build a sales pipeline through various approaches e.g. market research, networking and cold calling
Work closely with wider in-house marketing and digital teams
Effectively manage diary to ensure most productive, optimised sales are secured and build great customer experience
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Closely manage the sales team and deal with any underlying HR issues or queries.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
