POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric qualification (minimum)
1 year or more experience in a sales management or leadership role
Experience in the automotive industry
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships locally and internationally
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
