POSITION INFO:

Lead the sales function, grow revenue, build a strong sales team, and take ownership of key client relationships while ensuring disciplined execution against targets, pricing, and sales processes.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Grade 12, plus a relevant Sales or Marketing qualification
5 years+ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
Experience leading, coaching, and holding sales teams accountable
Background in B2B sales
Online or digital marketing industry exposure
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Own laptop and stable internet connectivity
Willingness and ability to travel regularly

Key Performance Areas

Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
Drive new business growth and expand existing client accounts
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance
Coach, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for results
Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
Ensure compliance with agreed products, pricing, and sales processes
Deliver clear and accurate sales performance reporting
Identify market opportunities and competitive trends
Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support sales outcomes
