SUMMARY:
Our client, a Global leader in the manufacturing space, seeks your sales management experience to step into this exciting new roles, based at their offices in Nairobi, Kenya.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing Management essential.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management, a strong advantage.
• Minimum 10 years sales experience, preferably in the Printing Industry, both Flexo & Gravure.
• Strong key account management.
• Good project management.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to create brand value.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage people across functions and departments.

• Responsible for sales & marketing activities for Packaging Inks in East Africa.
• Manage International / key accounts and dealers in the region.
• Technical competence & excellent CRM skills to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Good knowledge about export/import procedures.
• Provide proper forecast for effective stocks inventory & distribution of products.
• Ensure targeted profitable growth is achieved in the region through effective pricing management.
• Timely reporting of activities to Head Office & travel to visit customers.
• Update market intelligence & competitor activities to Supervisor.
