SUMMARY:
My client, a manufacturer of rotating machines, generator components and transformers is seeking a Sales Manager to maximise sales by managing the external and internal sales team.

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

BCom Marketing or equivalent such as IMM, BTech in Business Studies
5 years sales/account management and 5 years customer liaison management.
SYSPRO advantageous
Knowledge of the electrical industry.
Price Negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a team of 20 (both internal and external sales)
Understanding of sales cycles and management.
Understanding of key account management.
MRP Management.
Customer Account Management.
Salesforce effectiveness.
Yearly budget planning and implementation for Advertising and expense budget.
Staff guidance and development.
