SUMMARY:
SALES MANAGER required with experience in the Food and Nutrition Industry

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Proven FMCG Sales is essential
• 5 years of Senior Commercial Management experience in the FMCG field
• Qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Food Technology, complemented with further studies in the field of Sales Management.
• Willingness to travel
• Experience / understanding of Salesforce will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Drive and execute the company’s commercial strategy to achieve sales, revenue & profit targets and lead the development of strategic lines across market segments.
• Lead the sales organization and optimise the Technical Sales Representatives’ knowledge, skills and activities to make them achieve and/or exceed their individual sales targets.
• Manage and facilitate relevant sales training to result in increased sales as well as career & personal development of the Technical Sales Representatives. Develop knowledge and skills of each Account Manager (Sales Training during sales Meetings & individual Coaching during joint visits).
