SUMMARY:
SALES MANAGER required with experience in the Food and Nutrition Industry

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Proven FMCG Sales is essential
5 years of Senior Commercial Management experience in the FMCG field
Qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Food Technology, complemented with further studies in the field of Sales Management.
Willingness to travel
Experience / understanding of Salesforce will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Drive and execute the company’s commercial strategy to achieve sales, revenue & profit targets and lead the development of strategic lines across market segments.
Lead the sales organization and optimise the Technical Sales Representatives’ knowledge, skills and activities to make them achieve and/or exceed their individual sales targets.
Manage and facilitate relevant sales training to result in increased sales as well as career & personal development of the Technical Sales Representatives. Develop knowledge and skills of each Account Manager (Sales Training during sales Meetings & individual Coaching during joint visits).
