SUMMARY:

Our client that is in the Hardware Retail industry is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in Irrigation and Pumps to join their team in Longmeadow – Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

Mimimum Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience required within the Irrigation Industry
  • Candidate must at least have 3-5 years’ experience within a Sales environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage a team of experienced Internal and External salespeople
  • Strong management and trading skills required
  • Must be able to work retail hours
  • Syspro experience required
  • Understanding of Retail processes and procedures
  • Managerial skills required
  • Must be able to work in a pressurized environment
  • Must have a strong personality and be able to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Computer literate
