SUMMARY:
Our client is a leading insurance provider across SA. They are looking for a strong leader to take the reigns of a dynamic sales team in PE. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, growing and inspiring your team of brokers and sales representatives.Strategically developing and executing your plans to ensure targets are achieved and the team is well trained and supported.

POSITION INFO:

Utilise the following:

Relevant Qualification (recognised by the FSCA)
RE 5 and RE 1 Certificates
Class of Business (Long term insurance and Investments, Pension Fund Benefits)
2 years’ experience in Insurance (a must)
1-year management and oversight experience in categories A,B,C and pension.
More than 1 year advice and intermediary experience.
