Sales Operation Team Lead – Johannesburg North
R400 000 – R450 000

My client is looking for a self-starter and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Operation Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that targets are met, and sales are increased.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibility and duties:

Installing Base and Churning analysis.
Customer White-Space Analysis for opportunity management
Optimization and Automation of internal processes
Fixed line reporting and dashboards for all regions, and preparing sales cadence decks for ME
Ownership of Forecasting Process to Management
Target Setting & Performance Reporting
Ownership of Daily Performance & Sales Tracking
Sales Dashboard creation and ownership as well as CRM Hygiene
Cross functional delivery issues management

Knowledge / Qualification / Experience:

3-year Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing/B. Com/Business Management/relevant qualification (Essential)
Grade 12 or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience
