POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Own national execution standards covering call coverage, distribution, ranging, shelf compliance and promotions. Conduct regular in-field audits across stores, depots and distribution operations. Identify execution gaps, implement practical solutions and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. Establish and manage a practical national execution scorecard and KPI reporting process. Drive weekly execution reviews, daily activity checks and reporting discipline. Hold Regional Sales Managers and field teams accountable to agreed execution standards. Identify and resolve CRM, call planning, reporting and process gaps affecting sales execution. Work closely with Logistics, Operations and Finance to resolve stock, delivery, pricing and account-level issues. Provide weekly reporting on compliance, risks, corrective actions and progress. Support continuity of national sales operations when required, with potential progression into national sales leadership.
