JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Consolidate execution reports from Markets and develop reports
Track Distributor KPI’s and report – Work closely with the GTM to get data
Secondary stand placement reporting (information provided by distributors)
Manage the Promotional Spend and report weekly
Update forecasts on the system working closely with the Commercial Manager (based on orders received)
Follow up on orders being placed, track received dates and ensure accuracy on the system.
Manage claims effectively and close off within specified timelines, end to end paperwork, tracking and reporting.
Projects – Follow through on projects being run and provide weekly updates.
Update pricing across all categories.
Develop/Update sales presentations for key markets with Commercial Manager.

Requirements

Must be able to start immediately
Ability to learn new systems (Qliksense/IBP)
PowerPoint Skills– Intermediate to Advanced
Microsoft Excel Skills – Intermediate to Advanced
Attention to detail
