We''re Hiring | Sales Product Effectiveness Trainer Parktown, Johannesburg | Full-Time | Office-Based Are you passionate about developing sales product capability and transforming product knowledge into impactful customer conversations? Austell Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Sales Product Effectiveness Trainer to join our Medical & Training team and play a critical role in developing the product capability of our Pharmacy Representatives across our growing portfolio. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering and continuously improving product onboarding and ongoing product knowledge programmes for Pharmacy Representatives. You will equip representatives with the product knowledge, confidence and positioning capability required to effectively engage pharmacists, pharmacy owners, pharmacy assistants and pharmacy staff while ensuring ethical and compliant product promotion. Key Responsibilities ✔ Design and deliver product onboarding and continuous product training programmes ✔ Develop engaging learning content, workshops and practical training sessions ✔ Conduct product knowledge competency assessments ✔ Support product launches with training material and readiness programmes ✔ Develop competitor product knowledge and positioning tools ✔ Monitor representative product knowledge competency and identify development opportunities ✔ Ensure all product training remains compliant with SAHPRA regulations and company policies ✔ Maintain accurate product training records and documentation Minimum Requirements: Qualifications One of the following qualifications: • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) • BSc Life Sciences • Pharmaceutical Sciences qualification • Relevant Healthcare qualification Experience • 3-5 years'' experience in a Training or Learning & Development role within the pharmaceutical industry; OR • Registered Pharmacist with 3-5 years'' experience in retail pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry; OR • Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative within the retail pharmacy market.
