Sales Rep (FMCG)

SUMMARY:
Gauteng  - We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a well-established company within the pet industry. This role suits a driven and relationship-focused individual who can manage existing accounts, grow new business, and ensure excellent in-store execution across their customer base.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Achieve Year-To-Date (YTD) sales budget targets while managing orders to ensure timely delivery and maintaining appropriate product service levels in stores. Ensure the correct product range is listed and displayed according to customer segments, influencing listings through an understanding of store-specific needs and consumer demand. Identify and secure new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term growth. Maintain professional and consistent communication with store personnel, including conducting in-store promotions and product training where required. Complete all call cycles, reports, CRM updates, and related administration accurately and timeously, including the submission of weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and expense claims. Operate within allocated budgets for travel, promotions, samples, and related expenses, ensuring cost-effective management of all sales activities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
