Our client, a well-established leader in the office automation and business technology industry based in the Pietermaritzburg, is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and after-sales support Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field advantageous Minimum of 3 years' external sales experience Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience in office automation, business technology, ICT, telecommunications, managed print services, or B2B solution sales will be highly advantageous Strong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Willingness to travel throughout Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Newcastle Who Will Thrive in This Role?
