JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a food manufacturing company is recruiting a Sales Representative for their bakery in Pretoria.

Matric (Grade 12).
Marketing diploma will be an advantage.
Prepared to work 6 days per week (Saturdays, Sundays as per business needs).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main role:
The main focus for the Sales Representative will be the responsibility for maintaining and growing existing targets across client base. The Sales Representatives priority will be bread availability in the formal and informal trade. The main priorities for the candidate to ensure great sales growth
and create new business accounts especially within the formal and informal trade within the region.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
Marketing diploma will be an advantage.
Prepared to work 6 days per week (Saturdays, Sundays as per business needs).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Trade Route Management to take place within the region on a weekly basis, where the candidate participates in route riding.
Candidate must ensure that returns management is adhered to daily.
Driver performance interviews must take place on a weekly basis.
Create great customer service and satisfaction daily to build good customer relationships.
Communication and interdepartmental synergy are key.
See to the weekly Invocoms with the Salesman and Salesman Assistants to inform the team about the business and to address any issues on the routes.
Give a weekly feedback or report to the Depot Manager regarding what is happening in his/her area.
