Our client is looking for a Sales Representative, This role is responsible for generating new sales

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Sales Representative, This role is responsible for generating new sales and growing existing accounts within a defined territory. This includes prospecting, cold calling, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for providing customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

Generate new sales and grow existing accounts within a defined territory
Prospect for new customers and develop relationships with key decision-makers
Cold call potential customers and present the company's products and services
Close sales and negotiate contracts
Provide customer service and support
Maintain accurate records of sales activity
Track and report on sales performance

Key Skills:

Strong sales and relationship-building skills,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
