Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for residential and\/or commercial solar systems.  Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions. Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and installation. Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, incentives, and competitive landscape. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, home improvement, or related industries. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
