Sales Representative - Worcester 
Our client, a well-established leader in the steel and steel-related products industry, is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to join their Worcester branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, industry experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Generate leads and establish contact with potential customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote products and services through client visits and cold calling
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends
• Assist customers with queries related to pricing, availability, and product specs
• Open and maintain sustainable new accounts
• Achieve monthly sales and profit targets
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly reports and call logs
• Collaborate closely with internal and counter sales staff
• Conduct quotes, check stock, and process orders using Syspro
• Participate in stock takes and assist with customer account queries

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in steel and steel-related product sales
• Retail environment background required
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative is a strong advantage
• Experience using Syspro is essential
• Target and KPI-driven with a strong focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license

• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Willing and able to travel daily to/from Worcester if not a local resident
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
• Capable of contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
