POSITION INFO:

A leading cleaning and hygiene solutions company is looking for a Sales / Service Technician to join their team in Johannesburg.

This role combines technical servicing of hygiene equipment with client relationship management and sales, servicing mainly restaurants and hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain cleaning and hygiene equipment at client sites
Provide technical support and training to customers
Manage relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients
Identify opportunities to upsell cleaning products and services
Conduct site visits and ensure equipment is functioning correctly
Represent the company professionally at client locations

Requirements

Experience in technical servicing or maintenance (cleaning equipment advantageous)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales ability or experience working with clients
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to work independently and manage service routes
