  • Selling leasing solutions and growing the leasing book
  • Presenting leasing proposals to customers
  • Negotiating and structuring technology assets finance solutions to customers
  • Negotiating and sign-off of Master Lease Agreements

   

  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • Bcom Degree â?? optional

  Experience required:

  • Function related experience: 5 yrs +
  • A minimum of 5 years technology leasing/rental sales experience.
  • Assert finance knowledge
  • Verifiable extensive network of senior management contacts (C-level)
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting/financial analysis (FASB 13, cash flow, balance sheet and PL effects of leasing are a plus)
  Key Accountabilities:
  • The candidate should be able to calculate a monthly lease or rental payment.
  • The candidate should be able to calculate the net present value of a rental steam.
  • An understanding of IFRS 16.
  • The candidate should be able to analyze company financial statements.
  • Strong presentation, communication (verbal written) and time management skills
  • Demonstrated record of high integrity and a strong sense of personal and professional ethics
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable

  Travel:
