Based in the Table View area, our client is seeking a proactive Sales Support & Project Coordinator to assist with sourcing, quotations, administration, project coordination, supplier liaison, sample management, and customer support.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric Experience in administration, coordination, customer support, or similar roles An interest in design, interiors, architecture, tiles, flooring, or construction-related products. Experience with measurements, quantities, product costings, or plans advantageous. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Confidence working with administration, systems, and spreadsheets. Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, formatting, and basic formulas. DUTIES Coordinate and track customer enquiries and projects Source products, pricing, availability, and lead times Prepare quotations, costings, and supporting documentation Manage project administration and customer records Manage samples, ensuring products are correctly named, coded, tracked, stored, and dispatched Coordinate customer deliveries with suppliers, transport partners, and customers Maintain product information, supplier data, and pricing records Support ongoing improvements to systems and processes Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
