Sales Team Leader

SUMMARY:
Mid-level management role to take responsibility of a position of the sales team. The individual will carry both an individual and team quota.

POSITION INFO:
Job responsibilities:

• To meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets by sourcing new sales opportunities through prospecting activities, focusing on larger, more strategic sales.
• To meet and exceed monthly team sales targets through supporting the activities of the sales team.
• Providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to the sales team, enabling them to reach targets.
• Operational management of a portion of the everlytic sales team.
• Ensuring that business processes and policies are followed.

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification
• Sales experience in IT/Telecommunications 
• Work experience in software sales or account management. Preferably in the digital marketing space.
