SUMMARY:
Mid-level management role to take responsibility of a position of the sales team. The individual will carry both an individual and team quota.

POSITION INFO:
Job responsibilities:

To meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets by sourcing new sales opportunities through prospecting activities, focusing on larger, more strategic sales.
To meet and exceed monthly team sales targets through supporting the activities of the sales team.
Providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to the sales team, enabling them to reach targets.
Operational management of a portion of the everlytic sales team.
Ensuring that business processes and policies are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification
Sales experience in IT/Telecommunications
Work experience in software sales or account management. Preferably in the digital marketing space.
