SUMMARY:
Our client in Randburg in the Electrical Industry is looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to join their team
Salary is dependent on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

N6 or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field
At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development in electrical and industrial sectors
Profound electrical engineering background and thorough understanding technical processes
Familiarity with industrial automation and energy systems integration

Key Responsibilities:

Actively market and promote the company’s existing product portfolio to mining and heavy Industry
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Conduct detailed customer meetings to discuss and promote our solutions
Prepare and manage quotations and tender documents
Analyze market trends to recommend strategic product portfolio expansions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, government transport bodies, and industry stakeholders
Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with company targets
Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth objectives
Manage CRM records, generate reports, and track the sales pipeline effectively
