What You’ll Do:

Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through cold calls, digital channels, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies that convert.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and set appointments for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity in CRM tools.
Monitor market trends to uncover new opportunities.

POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B experience preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and lead sourcing tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to grow.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
