SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Management and Sales Team

Provide training, support, and troubleshooting of CRM system

Provide reports from CRM for sales management

Administer sales process through CRM

Compile and analyse sales related data

Respond to external business contacts

Act as liaison between sales management and global marketing personnel to execute sales activities

Prepare and assemble select marketing materials

Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives

Matric

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field OR Engineering

Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
