POSITION INFO:
A leading provider of advanced technology solutions is seeking a commercially astute Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand their presence in the Broadcast, Telecoms, and Electronics sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with both the strategic mindset and technical credibility to drive growth in a B2B environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a Sales and/or Marketing leadership role
Proven experience managing B2B commercial strategies
Technical background or strong ability to grasp and communicate complex tech solutions
Hands-on experience in or understanding of the Broadcast, Telecoms, or Electronics industries
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
Based in Gauteng and able to work from Centurion

Job Experience & Skills Required

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
Build and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth
Strengthen existing customer and partner relationships while unlocking new market verticals
Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Oversee product launches, branding efforts, and event coordination
Provide data-driven reporting and performance tracking to executive leadership
Collaborate closely with technical teams to communicate solution value effectively
