Our Sales & Marketing recruitment desk is partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced business seeking a high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager to take their growth strategy to the next level.
POSITION INFO:
This is more than just a traditional sales management role—it’s an opportunity to become a key commercial driver within the business.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Director as a trusted right-hand partner, taking ownership of revenue growth, empowering the sales team, and ensuring that the right systems and processes are in place to scale effectively. If you’re commercially minded, tech-savvy, and thrive on execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving and owning revenue growth across the business
- Leading, mentoring, and enabling a high-performing sales team
- Optimising and leveraging CRM, e-commerce, and inventory systems
- Managing external agencies and partners to maximise performance
- Acting as a strategic and operational partner to the Sales Director
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualification
- Proven track record in leading and scaling a sales team
- Strong CRM experience (Monday CRM highly advantageous)
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience tracking performance metrics (leads, ROAS, conversion, pipeline contribution)
- A sharp commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and results
- The ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and trust
- Experience working with agencies and outsourced partners
Highly Advantageous:
- B2B sales experience
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
- Understanding of inventory systems (Cin7 / DEAR)
- Experience in founder-led or high-growth environments
