Sales and Marketing Operations Assistant
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

This is a fast-paced support role in a dynamic tech environment. You'll be the engine behind the sales and marketing team, helping drive growth through organisation, coordination, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and travel logistics
Draft and issue sales quotes and proposals
Maintain CRM data, dashboards, and sales reports
Liaise with customers and vendors on documentation and coordination
Support internal sales processes and presales inputs
Assist in webinars, events, and campaign logistics
Track sales/marketing projects and follow up on key deliverables

What You Bring

2–4 years’ experience in executive support or sales ops
Experience in B2B, tech, or software environments preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise in a deadline-driven setting
