Requirements

1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
2. You have a business or IT education (master or bachelor) or something third.
3. Ideally you have 4 or more years’ experience with Service or Sales Cloud.
4. You have a good understanding of different industries. 
5. You have a hunger to learn, and thrive in a dynamic international environment, where challenges are eaten for breakfast.

1. Analyse complex structures of customers business
2. Collaborate closely with the customer to define and deliver a Salesforce Solution from A-Z.
3. Facilitate Workshops
4. Build and maintain a sustainable relationship to our customers
5. Interact with all levels within an organisation
6. Deliver application components required to support customer solutions built on the Salesforce Platform.
7. Shape customer requirements, conceptualise, plan, design and deliver new features
8. Assist internal and external customer make best use of customers expanding
9. Build and package Salesforce unique ideas

4. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
5. Mentor Junior Developers and Graduates

7. Identify the opportunities offered by Salesforce Technology
8. Manage the delivery a client portfolio
9. Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
10. Analyse the needs and requirements of customers understanding the business needs
11. Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
12. Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
13. Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
14. Integrate applications with Salesforce for a seamless experience for the customer
15. Understand existing Salesforce platform features and upcoming platform features
