POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced School Deputy Head to lead and manage the Primary section. This role is ideal for a passionate educator with strong leadership skills and a solid background in international education systems, particularly the Cambridge curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement planned academic and administrative activities within the Primary section

• Assist the Head of School in developing strategies to uphold high educational standards

• Support resource planning and management to ensure efficient school operations

• Organize and supervise the Primary school faculty

• Liaise with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative school environment

• The Deputy Head – Primary will report directly to the Head of School

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate or Cambridge Certificate with at least five (5) “O” level credits, including English

• Degree in Education or a related field
