Qualifications Required:

PGCE
Current SACE registration

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Principal role
Experience in an IEB school
Proven ability to lead within a school of excellence and uphold its values and traditions
Strong understanding of contemporary trends in education and schooling
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to attract, inspire, and retain top educational talent
Demonstrated commitment to staff development and growth

Job Description:

You will work closely with a team of dedicated educators and a supportive parent body to lead the school into its next chapter.
