POSITION INFO:

We’re seeking an impact-driven Scrum Manager who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. If you excel at guiding agile teams, removing roadblocks, and delivering projects that matter - this is your arena.

In this role, you’ll lead the charge on multiple initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Development Managers, and Team Leads. Your mission? Ensure every sprint is purposeful, every release is flawless, and every delivery hits the mark.

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate Agile Success

Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, and roadmap sessions to keep teams aligned and focused.

• Prioritise & Deliver

Work with stakeholders to define milestones, track progress, and ensure scope, quality, and deadlines are met.

• Release Excellence

Oversee regular software releases, ensuring thorough testing, clear communication, and smooth deployment.

• Solve & Improve

Identify risks early, resolve impediments swiftly, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Report with Impact

Provide stakeholders with clear, insightful updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Scrum Master or Project Manager experience within the software/IT sector.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in capacity planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Certifications in Scrum Mastery or Project Management (highly advantageous).
• A technical background is a plus.
