• Risk & Quality Oversight: Identify project risks early, escalate issues, and ensure delivery meets time, budget, and scope requirements.
• Release Coordination: Oversee regular software releases, ensuring they are tested, communicated, and compliant with internal processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate team retrospectives and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

• Relevant education and certifications: A tertiary qualification and Scrum Master or project management certification are highly recommended.
• Industry experience: Proven success in IT/software project delivery, with technical knowledge being a plus.
