Scrum Master

SUMMARY:
A High-end financial service company is looking for a smart and engaging Scrum Master.

POSITION INFO:

The role involves working in an extensive IT department. You will have to engage with teams to re-establish Scrum practises or help with process design. The systems that are built are highly integrated and you will have the opportunity to help the team by introducing modern engineering practices.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years’ IT industry experience

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in agile development environment as a Scrum Master

Experience in dealing with all levels of business

Coaching teams with respect to engineering practices

Helping teams in use of Scrum and Agile practices

Qualification:

Tertiary Qualification advantageous
