Scrum Master

SUMMARY:
A market leading investment company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their large IT department of about 20 teams.

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will work with a team of Scrum Masters to build highly integrated systems and engage with teams to re-establish Scrum practices and assist them in process design to achieve buy-in and help the team be effective

You will the team simplify their dependencies and introduce the team to modern engineering practices to help achieve their goals

In this role, you will be highly autonomous, and you will engage with not just the team but stakeholders outside the team to achieve continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT industry (Required)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an agile development environment as a Scrum Master (Advantageous)

Understanding Engineering practises and can coach teams in their use (Advantageous)

Experience in dealing with all levels of business (Essential)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science / Software Engineering with outstanding academic records (Advantageous)
