JOB SUMMARY:

A reputable South African logistics company is looking for an experienced Sea Freight Manager to join their team in Cape town. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Sea Freight channel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overall management of Seafreight channel.
Manage and oversee the freight movement of cargo.
Responsible for administration of shipment files.
Monitor and report service providers' performance.
Responsible for Sales and servicing.
Arrange insurance cover and process claims.
Effect creditor's disbursements and process debtor's invoices.
Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
