URGENT ROLE

POSITION INFO:

My client is urgently seeking a suitable Customer Care and Seafreight Operations Controller.

This will be a front line capacity role, where you will provide info, answers, response to complaints etc. telephonically.

Min. 3 years seafreight ops experience as well as customer service.

Matric essential / relevant tertiary education.
