POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose You'll play a hands-on role in improving website rankings, boosting organic traffic, and enhancing overall search presence Key Responsibilities Plan and implement SEO initiatives to improve organic performance Manage optimisation efforts across multiple websites or client portfolios Identify technical issues impacting performance and recommend solutions Optimise on-page elements including metadata, content, and internal linking Support strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profiles Enhance local presence through directory listings, reviews, and listings management Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion data Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance trends Minimum Requirements 2-5 years' SEO experience (agency preferred) Proven success improving rankings and traffic Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO Experience with GSC, GA4, and reporting tools Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills Core Competencies Detail-oriented and highly organised Curious, analytical, and solutions-focused Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team Driven by measurable outcomes and continuous improvement Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
