Secretarial Administrator / Tax Administrator

Stellenbosch

R 27 500 pm

Well - established medium sized Accounting Firm requires a candidate to join their winning team. The candidate will take on the role of assisting with 50 % Secretarial duties and 50% Tax Administration for the firm. In short, we require a candidate with the following experience:

  1. Secretarial Administration for Companies / Close Corporations (CIPC)
  2. All relevant administration for Trusts (Master of the High Court)
  3. Tax Administration for SARS
  4. Experience in Estate Administration would be an added bonus

Duties will include:

Secretarial:

  • Annual return – submitted to CIPC
  • Company / CC: Deregistration (CIPC & SARS)
  • Company / CC: Name reservation
  • Company: Transfer of shares
  • Company: Establishment & Registration with SARS
  • Company: Issue / Allotment of shares
  • Company: Issue of share certificate
  • Company: Change of Directors (CoR 39)
  • Company: Change of registered address
  • Company: Change of year-end (CIPC & SARS)
  • Company: Change of name
  • MOI: Check for Companies Act (Change of Deed)
  • MOI: Change from current MOI
  • Drafting minutes for Special Resolutions and other relevant matters
  • CC: Amendment of CC / Change of members
  • NPC: New registration
  • NPC: New registration (A18A / Tax exempt)
  • Convert CC to Company
  • Restoration'' of CC / Company
  • Shareholding confirmation
  • Redemption / cancellation of shares (a/holder change)
  • Trust: Request trust documents from Master
  • Trust: Dissolution (Master & SARS)
  • Trust: Establishment
  • Trust: Formation (A18A / Tax exempt)
  • Trust: Change of Trust Deed
  • Trust: Change of Trustees
  • Trust: Drafting minutes

Tax administration:

  • ADR / NOO / Objection matters
  • Tax special update
  • Import / Export (Customs) registration
  • Income tax registration (completion of form)
  • Co-Op registration
  • VAT registration
  • LBS & UIF registration
  • PBO / A18A Registration
  • Deregistration of VAT / PAYE etc.
  • Tax Clearance'' Certificate
  • Application for Foreign Tax Allowance certificate
  • Provisional tax administration
