SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining / metals industry in Roodepoort is looking for a Secretariat Assistant to provide admin and technical support to processes and systems.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3 Years' Bachelor Degree or National Diploma in Administration, Law or related field.
LLB/CGISA qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 2 years experience in governance / legal admin environment / support preferred
Experience must include support to Board or Technical Committees, meeting administration and drafting
Knowledge of governance frameworks (King IV), relevant legislation (Companies Act, Listing Rules) and regulatory requirements within the mining sector essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
